Cancellation Policy:
Per our membership agreement: Membership authorization is to remain in full effect until Fitness Loft has received written notification from me (either of us) of cancellation in writing by certified letter, return receipt requested, such notice to be thirty (30) days in advance of the termination date.
What all of that really means is that we require a 30 day notice for cancellation, which can be done by completing this form. The 30-day notice will go in effect once you submit this form, and you will be responsible for any membership payments that fall within those 30 days. Don’t worry, if you have a payment due, you will still have access to the facility until that payment expires.
For joint or family memberships, please note that each members will have to complete this form to have their membership cancelled.
Cancellations are processed on Friday and are based on the date of submission.
