Macrae Doyle

Macrae has a degree in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University and certification in Personal Training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Macrae believes fitness should feel welcoming, supportive, and accessible to everyone, whether you’re a new member or an individual looking to get back into the gym after time away. He knows the gym can feel intimidating, that is why he focuses on creating an open mind where clients feel comfortable learning at their own pace. He takes time to clearly explain exercises, movement patterns, and proper technique so you understand what you’re doing and why it’s important.

His training approach centers around improving strength, mobility, posture, and movement quality through real-life movement patterns that support daily activities and long-term health. He focuses on creating a strong foundation and creating habits to make you feel capable and confident in your movement every day.
