Cancellation & Freeze Policy:

Cancellations and freezes are completed by ABC Fitness. Cancellations and freezes cannot be done in person or over the phone with The Fitness Loft.

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DOCUMENT PROVIDED ON THIS PAGE BEFORE CANCELLING, FREEZING, OR UNFREEZING YOUR MEMBERSHIP. If the document is not loading for you, you can access it here.

Per our membership agreement, we require a 30-day notice for cancellation. The 30-day notice will go in effect once you submit it, and you will be responsible for any membership payments that fall within those 30 days. Don’t worry; if you have a payment due, you will still have access to the facility until that payment expires. For joint or family memberships, please note that the secondary member on the account must contact The Fitness Loft to have their membership canceled. All other cancellations and freezes are processed by ABC Fitness.

Freezes have a max time limit of 12 months. To unfreeze your membership, you must contact ABC Fitness.

If you would like to cancel or freeze your membership, you can do so in The Fitness Loft app (instructions are available in the document on this page). You may also cancel or freeze your membership online by following these instructions:

  1. Click the button below

  2. Click Register to create an account.

  3. Select the My Agreement Info tab

  4. Click Request Cancel

  5. Fill out all the information on the form

  6. Click the Submit Cancel Request button

  7. A summary will be sent to your email on file
