What is Field Day?

Field Day is all about a little fitness mixed with a whole lot of fun! Field day is your chance to relive the joys of the last day of school before summer starts. This year, we’re bringing in elements of Columbus’ favorite sport — football.

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking to enjoy some outdoor fun, this event promises a day full of excitement, challenges, and games designed for all fitness levels. Check in begins at 9:00 AM with Field Day activities starting at 9:30 AM sharp and ending around 11:00 AM. Come early for some pre-event games and stick around after for a delicious cookout courtesy of Fit Fresh Fast!
