Connor Forlenzo
Connor is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Connor’s training style focuses on building strength, improving mobility, and helping clients feel confident and capable in and out of the gym.
He has experience working with a wide variety of clients, including beginners looking to gain muscle and build a consistent routine, individuals training for strength and conditioning goals, and older adults aiming to improve balance, movement, and activities of daily living. Connor has also worked with clients recovering from mobility limitations such as hip replacements, as well as individuals managing conditions like diabetes through safe strength and cardiovascular training.
