All of our trainers are college graduates and are certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

Clint graduated from Hocking College with an associate degree in Fitness Management. He is a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is also a certified Pain-Free Performance Specialist. He has been training different fitness levels for the past 13 years.

Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management from California State University Northridge and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She believes in taking a holistic approach and nurturing the body from within while engaging in proper exercise.

Mariah specializes in helping her clients find grace and balance in their movements by coupling her practical training methods with her deep yoga background. She’s in the process of finishing her Master’s Degree in Public Health and easily has the best hair at the Wellness Desk.

She is a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition, and a Pilates Reformer instructor through Balanced Body.
