All of our trainers are college graduates and are certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.
Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management from California State University Northridge and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She believes in taking a holistic approach and nurturing the body from within while engaging in proper exercise.
Clint graduated from Hocking College with an associate degree in Fitness Management. He is a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is also a certified Pain-Free Performance Specialist. He has been training different fitness levels for the past 13 years.
Tessa has worked in the fitness field since graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Western Michigan University. She is a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition, and a Pilates Reformer instructor through Balanced Body.
Mariah specializes in helping her clients find grace and balance in their movements by coupling her practical training methods with her deep yoga background. She’s in the process of finishing her Master’s Degree in Public Health and easily has the best hair at the Wellness Desk.

Jesi graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan and has been working as a personal trainer for the past 9 years. She is a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and enjoys training people with goals across the spectrum.
Lorenzo is involved in many outdoor activities such as Rock Climbing and Slack Lining. He focuses on a functional style of training and is constantly pushing himself to learn as much as he possibly can... If you see someone on the floor making a slave out of a kettlebell… you’ve found Lorenzo.
