Our nutrition coaching programs are broken down into two options:
Simple yet Effective!
This option includes an initial 60-minute appointment where we will gather all of the information we may need to narrow in on your nutrition goals, as well as understanding your lifestyle, exercise routines, dietary history, medical history and anything else we can use to get you laid out on the perfect path. After your initial assessment you’ll become equipped with a personalized report of the number of calories, carbohydrates, fats and proteins you should be eating as well as tons of helpful resources pertaining to what was discussed in the consultation appointment.
The Holy Cow Package!
This option includes the same 60-minute initial assessment as the basic option, but instead of being laid out with only a foundation of where your energy should come from, we will lay out an exact meal plan tailor-made specifically for you, your lifestyle and your goals. We’ll tell you specifically what to eat, when to eat it, and how much of it to eat, as well as the necessary resources to help you understand why you should be eating the things you’re eating and what it all means.
You can also purchase consultation appointments A la Carte, depending on your needs!
60 Minute Consultation Only
This is a great option if you just want to get a better understanding of nutrition by spending an hour with our nutrition coach asking any questions you may have.
30 Minute Follow-Up
This option exists if you need to discuss any major changes that are going on with you, or if you need some tweaks made to your nutrition schedule, for instance: if you need some more variety or you want to move certain menu items out of rotation. We’ve got you covered!
