Membership Agreement

By signing up for your membership, you are agreeing to the following terms:

A.Cancellation: You must provide a 30-day cancellation notice through the website only to cancel your membership. Once you cancel, you will be billed for a final month and have use of the facility through the end of your next billing cycle

B. Rules and Regulations: If you do not comply with the
rules and regulations of the club, your membership can be terminated at any time


C. Freeze: You have the right to freeze your membership for $15 a month to maintain your existing rate and not have to pay a re-enrollment fee


D. Credit Card Decline: If your credit card declines for any reason and is not updated for 30 days, your membership will be canceled, and you will be subject to an enrollment fee and any new membership pricing

E. Facility Fees are charged annually to every member for continuous improvement of the club and its amenities

• Month-to-Month memberships will be charged the Facility Fee on October 15th of every calendar year
• Annual memberships will be charged the Facility Fee upon signing up
• Memberships put on Freeze are still subject to the Facility Fee on October 15th of every calendar year

Cancellations, freezes, and Unfreezes must be completed on our website. Go to the bottom of the homepage, click cancellation, freeze or unfreeze, and follow the prompts. This is an automated process completed weekly on Fridays. Cancellations, freezes, and Unfreezes CANNOT BE DONE IN PERSON OR BY PHONE.
