In this 2-hour class our in-house nutritionist (Tessa Farry) and certified Sous Chef (Lorenzo Tavani) will walk you through weekly meal-prep recipes while supplementing the walk-through with cooking techniques and deep nutritional information. Come follow along and leave the class with some new skills, as well as 5 breakfast and 5 lunch dishes prepared for your following work week!
